Print on Demand service enables us to produce garments once the order is placed, minimizing waste and delivering unique pieces.

Understanding Your Order Timeline:

Shipping Within the Netherlands and most of the EU:

With an average order fulfillment time of 2–5 business days for all production techniques, your order is expected to reach you within 2 weeks.

Estimated Fulfillment + Estimated Shipping = Estimated Delivery Time

Our fulfillment calculations consider the current order volume and capacity, while shipping estimates are based on historical data for deliveries to your area or selling region. However, please note that estimated delivery time is just an estimate, not a guarantee.

Various factors such as issues with print or embroidery files, product availability, and shipping-related delays (like failed delivery attempts or harsh weather conditions) can impact the final delivery date.

For our international customers, delivery times may vary, and it can take up to 3 weeks for your order to arrive, depending on the country and region.

Rest assured, we're dedicated to working hard to meet our delivery estimates for each order.

The reason is that each product is only printed after placing the order. This is better for the environment and reduces material waste.

Don't worry! If there's any issue* with your product, you can always return it. 

*Please note that products cannot be exchanged for a different size. Returns are only accepted for items with printing errors or damages.

We don’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. 

The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations: 

• Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
• Russia
• Belarus
• The Gaza Strip region in Palestine
• Ecuador
• Cuba
• Iran
• Syria
• North Korea 

Please note that Russia’s war in Ukraine severely limits shipping to Ukraine. For now, we’re only able to ship products fulfilled in our Latvian facilities.

Due to the impacts related to the Covid-19 pandemic and other unrelated service disruptions, our shipping carriers also don’t offer international shipping to the following countries or some regions of these countries (last updated on Nov 17, 2023):
